Steps to Start Clinical Counselling

1. Read my "Consent Form" on this website. Email me at dr.earonkavanagh@proton.me to acknowledge that you have read and understand this Informed Consent Statement, and that you consent to participate in Clinical Counselling.

2. After receiving your consent email I will send you an encrypted email, containing a short short "pre-counselling intake information form" to fill out. Answer the questions and email it back to me. Once I have that we can proceed to the initial clinical counselling session.
