• Couple and family sessions are $160.00 per 1.25 hours + HST (Total $184.00)

HEALTH INSURANCE PLANS

How to check if your health insurance plan will pay for your counselling.

1. Check your insurance plan benefits document, or check either online or by phone.

2. Have your Plan Identification Number ready if you need to call them or go online.

3. Check to see if the plan covers "clinical counselling", "mental health and counselling",  "counselling therapy", or "professional counslling". Each plan has its own language terms.

4. Check to see if the plan accepts the "Registered Professional Counsellor" or "Master Practitioner of Clinical Counselling" designations for re-imbursement.
